Best Public House Display
ENTRIES CURRENTLY ACCEPTED FOR 2012

Hailsham In Bloom is always on the lookout for the town’s most attractive public houses. The Best Public House Display competition is open to all pubs in Hailsham and its environs whose frontage contains an attractive floral display or well-maintained garden. Judging for the competition takes place each June.

Public houses will be assessed on the following criteria:


A pleasing first impression and overall impact


Good floral colour combinations, theme and design


Plant quality and variety


Quality of co-ordinated maintenance


Regular activities to ensure that cigarette ends are disposed of effectively
